Here are the events…

Halifax Dartmouth and District Labour Council event

11 am – 3 pm

Meet at 11am at the Nova Scotia Labour Board

1601 Lower Water Street. March to Peace and Friendship Park, Hollis Street

Bouncy castle,face painting and entertainment.

Hot dogs from Beefy Weiner, pop and chips, snow cones, popcorn, cotton candy.

Everyone is welcome!!

The Annapolis Valley Labour Council Picnic is being held in Kentville

11 am – 2 pm at Kentville Memorial Park on Park Street. Bouncy castle, glitter tattoos, obstacle course, dunk tank. Music by The Barkhouse Boyz.

The South Shore Labour Council event in Liverpool

11 am – 2 pm at Privateer Park in Liverpool, hotdogs and pop by Special Olympics, music by Patrick Thompson and Johnny Lake, face painting and animal balloons, and vendors to browse.

The Cape Breton District Labour Council event

in Sydney          

Spend Labour Day with a fun-filled and relaxing day at the park with your loved ones! Join us for our annual Labour Day Picnic on Monday, September 2nd at Open Hearth Park from 12pm-2pm, featuring BBQ, kids’ games, and entertainment and 50/50 tickets!
