Today marks the one-year anniversary of the mosque shooting that claimed the lives of six men and wounded 19 others. It was on January 29th last year that a shooter entered the Islamic Cultural Centre of Quebec City and opened fire. Today we remember those killed and injured and call on all people to end such acts of hatred and violence. The following lost their lives in the shootings on that day one year ago. Azzeddine Soufiane, Mamadou Tanou Barry, Khaled Belkacemi, Aboubaker Thabti, Ibrahima Barry & Abdelkrim Hassane. May we never forget.
